Responsibilities:
 Providing direct technical support, mentoring and guidance to project Managers and trainers besides conducting field visits to ensure quality and harmonization of the implementation of the Child Protection projects.
 Providing direct support and advice on the development of strategic partnerships with national and local NGOs and act as a technical focal point with the national and international key partners.
 Supporting the development of/and delivering training on e.g. Case Management, Psycho-social Support, Working with Perpetrators, Mental Health Disorders and Gender Based Violence issues.

Responsibilities:
 Planning the project (Create a detailed work plan, Determine the needed resources, Develop a schedule for project completion, revise the schedule as required)

 Implementing the project (Execute the project according to the project plan, Develop forms and records to document project activities, Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured, Monitor the progress, Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of the project.

Responsibilities:
 Planning(Contribute to ongoing assessments and analyses to better understand protection risks, to map points of service for survivors of GBV and vulnerable individuals, identify support structures, Analyze trends of GBV and develop/adjust program strategies to meet needs and contribute to program design and the preparation of concept notes and proposals).
 Program Implementation and Capacity Development (Identify and reinforce existing support mechanisms and work closely with local counterparts to ensure community buy-in and cultural appropriateness of activities, Strengthen case management and referral systems, Work with teams and communities to develop appropriate prevention and awareness-raising/behavior change strategies, Train GBV staff to become leaders of GBV prevention and response including guiding principles of addressing GBV, GBV Case Management and Referral Pathway Development).
 Working closely with the unit team members to develop data management system for GBV survivors received by the unit.
 Financial Management (Develop work plans in line with financial pipelines, Work with Finance and Logistics to plan and procure supplies within program budgets, and Ensure compliance with donor regulations).

Responsibilities:
 Working in partnership with abused children and their families over a series of sessions in order to diagnose, assess and manage their conditions that caused by abuse.
 Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside psychiatrists, social workers, education professionals, health service providers and the day care team.
 Writing legal reports and act as expert witnesses besides keeping detailed paperwork about clients in order to monitor the progress of the clients' treatments.
 Conducting filed visits for children at their original environment and to assist the social worker to manage the challenging families.

Jordan River Foundation (JRF), manager, psychosocial capacity building projects: Responsibilities: • Conduct and supervise trainings on all the programs related to the provision of psychosocial services available at the training center
• Develop training manuals on psychosocial services based on the needs of the training center
• Writing reports on the trainings which are conducted by himself
• Development of specialized training manuals in terms of psychosocial interventions.
• Evaluating the training programs with the target groups
• Development of procedure for different institutions that works with victims of abuse and protection shelters according to their needs.
• Management of any other projects that relevant to psychosocial aspects.


The following are some projects that have been done during this period of time: - Procedures and Policy for the care center of MoSD: the project came up with a comprehensive manual of procedures for the care center acting under MoSD umbrella.
- Capacity Building for Social Offices: this project was focused on the offices working within FPD departments to enhance the case workers skills related to case management for GBV and child abuse victims. The standards of dealing with case of domestic violence were an important component within the project.
- Dealing with old accumulative case files in the social offices: this project aims to manage the huge number of cases files accumulated in the social offices, the project has brought with a set of standard and criteria regarding the recommendations that should be taken with these files.
- Several projects in cooperation with some international organizations concerning case management trainings and capacity building for different gevermental, non governmental and international organizations.
