- Responsible for the Procurement of all office requirements and monitoring inventory records.
- Negotiating and Renewing contracts with third parties
- Managing the insurance files of both Medical Insurance of Employees and Building Insurance of the company (contract negotiation and renewal, following up on claims, making sure system is in place and up-to-date)
- Managing and Initiating CSR Events and reporting back to CSR Manager
- Preparing PIs, placing POs with vendors and generating final invoices to clients.
- Booking, following up, and preparing documentation for all orders and shipments.
- Handling letter of credits with clients/vendors and financial department.
- Preparing inspection requests whenever needed.
- Arranging transportation for all orders to ensure material delivery as per schedule
- Supervise the inbound/outbound traffic operations
- Manage the Inventory and stock of each warehouse
- Negotiate rates / payment terms with suppliers
- Responsible for purchasing projects material requisition of the company.
- Negotiate with vendors regarding price, availability, delivery & quality, purchases supplies.
- Compare costs and evaluates the quality and suitability of supplies, materials and equipment.
- Handle the logistics part in the department. That is getting quotation from freight forwarder, choosing the most reliable one, arranging shipment and following up till the items being delivered to the required destination.

- Coordinating with customers and agents abroad to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities,
and schedules are met and communicated to management.
- Efficiently handling VIP clients ‘accounts (Import/Export/Cross - Air/Sea/Land Freight) Shopping
for rates and insuring the best rate along with the best transit time is offered.
- Coordinating with shipping lines to book vessels as per client's requirements.
- Coordinating with vendors to make sure the loading phase is as planned.
- Handling full set of shipping docs. i.e. B/Ls, shipping invoice, Packing list and other certificates
- Tracking shipments from departure till arrival to final destination
- Updating the clients on daily basis with the status of their shipments.
- Updating databases and other reporting tools to maintain visibility of shipment status.
- Maintaining existing clients and increasing their business through daily follow up and excellent
customer service.
