Materiality assessment, stakeholder’s prioritization and gap analysis are the major steps to work on, followed by an action plan to implement.

- Study & analyze the pilot organization sector in Micro and Macro Level to understand
The business model.
- Develop the gap analysis covering the 7 core subject of the ISO 26000 standard.
- Prioritize the significant and the relevant issues in the gap analysis and develop the action plan.
- Report the progress of the project and the action plan to the international expert.
