•Conducting the surveys and researches tasked by Dubai statistics center in
cooperation with different ministries and government sectors .
•Auditing, reviewing and coding the data coming from the surveys and sending them to
the audit supervisor .
• Answer incoming and respond to customer requests, identify, research and resolve
customer issues.
• Schedule delivery apportionment and confirm delivery address.
• Coordinate with logistics staff and supervisors regarding any urgent shipments or
special requests.
• Provide customers with information regarding delivery status.
• Follow up on customer enquirers & ensure timely resolution.
• Complete call logs and reports.
I work also as outbound agent and I assisting the team leaders to training the new

I was one of a tactical data terminal project team:
• Working in SPI driver, I2C driver, parallel port driver, and ambient light sensor driver.
• build root and QT compiling.
• micro controller programming.
• Reading data sheets and schematics, follow the connection.
• Choose the suitable GPS module according to the requirements.
• Running the GPS module from both hardware and software prospective.
• Wrote small programs using QT to create the GPS application.
• Understanding the software engineering concept of scrum.
• Programming using scripting language.
• Using sub-version, code beamer, kscope, code comoser stdio, QGIS, QT creator, and
eclipse.
