Worked on Project Meydan One Mall project value AED 3.6 Billion- Project Managed by TURNER PMC, Client MEYDAN Dubai, Consultant AE7. Project consists of Construction of Largest Mall in the world with 1.2 km long Ski Slope structure.
Worked on Project Seventh Heaven total Value, 700 Million AED, Contractor Sustainable Builders, Client ABWAB- AL BARARI Developers, and Project consists of construction of 2No. commercial cum residential high rise buildings 2B+G+12 floors.
Implemented various Security related construction projects and Underground construction facilities for Client “Civil Works Organization” at PAF Base Masroor Karachi.
Worked with United Nations Development Program- UNDP
for project “Re-construction and Rehabilitation of flood affected Government Buildings”, Funded by European Union-EU, responsible for Construction works of Government buildings in various districts of Sindh and Baluchistan Provinces Pakistan.
Performed duties during Emergency and Early Recovery response of flood 2010 and 2011, Major responsibilities was to review Designs, Estimations, BOQs etc for Shelter project proposals received for Grant under RAPID Fund. Material selection for the projects considering the local environment and acceptance for community, participation along with grantees in awarding of work to suppliers/contractors, Ensure transparency in tendering process. Field monitoring and progress reporting for projects awarded to various National and International organizations in Sindh and Baluchistan provinces under Rapid Fund USAID / OFDA.
