Responsible for 9 camps 3 large mines food, accommodation extending and new camps Building follow up daily Duties of 14 supervisors covering area of 300 Km
Manage all daily routine food Services and construction team
Weekly travelling around all 5 sites making Sure every thing in place to keep Service well done and clear and help to resolve all problem
Follow up all OPEX detail and manage to meet my targets
Fulfill my commitment with Capex and make sure all plan done in time and every thing delivered in time .
Responsible day to day to all Catering Dutie offshore site following all cleaning service on the Drillg Ship and manage to follow all Food preparation and daily needs stock out
Train Catering crew and manage to inspect their work often morning and afternoon
Establish very sooth way to make sure workers enjoy their job and client enjoy service .
