• Tracking material shipment, its forecast dates ETD to ETA and other related information.
• Monitor and check actual shipment contents from suppliers/vendors and validate supporting documents.
• Allocate materials in planned manner.

• Coordinate the transport and transfer of materials, other supplies and equipment from one project to another and setting priorities ensuring they are met.
• Confirm the availability and variance of materials from designated project prior to PR & PO preparation against Material List.
• Manage deliverables of the project by proper coordination of requirements, reporting errors and issues to the concerned people and coordinate with relevant team members for timely deliveries.
• Update Stock Statements and Inventory Summary in timely basis as to carry out inventory control activities in line with an approved procedure to ensure the availability of the right material at the right time, right place at the right cost and at optimum stock level. Make certain stock evaluation and replenishment are met.
• Take part in the process of documentation and participate in the final documentation as to carry out handover & close out report.

Key responsibilities:
- Managed, organized and control the existing ISO system maintenance of office files and documents.
- Administer the file room, maintain document quality control system and update the register logs and files for Projects and Micros-Hospitality departments.
• Liaised with the technical project team members (System Project Engineers) on the report update of integration service done in the project.
• Collect and collate the adequate information required prior to weekly accomplishment to incorporate in the Monthly Project Manager’s Report.
