- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns,
- Create original content for automotive promotional campaigns across all platforms as: Websites, Social media channels, E-mail & CRM comms and 3rd party platforms
- Design and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the PR and creative agencies
- Provide data, insights and ROI analytics and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Build integrated marketing communications plans, develop marketing strategies and create budgets to help drive business objectives
Create original content for F&B promotional campaigns across all platforms as: Websites, Social media channels, E-mail & CRM comms and 3rd party platforms
Ensure that marketing manuals are maintained with all current SOPs and processes
Provide data, insights and ROI analytics and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and manage the PR and creative agencies to consistently high standards
Implement all promotional campaigns (such as online and print marketing campaigns)
Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans, strategies, and company objectives
Work closely with design, event & PR agencies and assist with new product launches
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
Oversee the company’s marketing budget, monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
Coordinate social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
Audit and analyse social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Coordinate with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, and other brand messages
Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
