Identify the bottleneck and trying to resolve through Cycle time method and Capacity method.
If any changes in the layout is done, it must be updated and change accordingly with the approval of senior Manager.
Updated the skill matrix of operator based on their performance and criteria.
Preparation of factory wise incentive reports based on respective department production and efficiency.
Calculate Efficiency, LBR, DHU etc. on daily basis.
Make continuous improvement by using Lean tools.
Apply 6S and Kaizen on daily basis.
Measuring line lost hours due to various reasons in sewing floor.
Calculate daily production losses in Stitching department.
Monitoring and Auditing different reports and Quality and Production department role in different units.
