 Manage connectivity all critical links between Head office and Country offices.
 Checking the Slowness, Packet loss issues in ISP, MPLS and VSAT links of the CO.
 Tools used such as PRTG, Smokeping, Easter Cricket, Sitescope, Splunk, MOMdashboard, and solarwinds.Monitoring Palo Alto, Wireless Controller, availability, memory utilization of very critical servers.
 Liaise with Country office IT to work on Access Point Configuration and Troubleshooting
 Execute & support on-call escalations for 24x7 infrastructure & hosted environment.
 Escalating issues with as per the criticality and Maintaining clients SLA in terms of call handling, case handling and e-mails, end to end follow-up on the cases.
 Addressing performance ensuring maximum network uptime
 Following Incident Management & Change Management
 Managing network capacity, deploying equipment, implementing process improvements, administering network management systems
