• Supporting communication between the company and employees.

• Maintains the work structure by updatingjob requirements andjob descriptions for all positions.

• Maintaining EMPLOYEE DATABASE.
• Data entering and processing manpower working hours through DOTS (HRMS).
• Maintaining NOQUDI and E-DIRHAM ACCOUNTS of the company.
• Issuing WARNING LETTERS, MEMMO AND CIRCULARS.
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results.
• Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data.
• Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
