Ensure collection of cash from VAC (Visa Application Centers) and the deposit of same in head office account.
Ensure collection of cash sales and duties from FedEx and the deposit of same in head office account.
Ensure collection of cash from all FedEx WSC’s in Islamabad and the deposit of same in head office account.
Preparing collection statements for all the above.
Controlling payments of all the Embassies through bank transfer and also in form of cash, ensuring all safety measures and strong follow ups.
Scrutiny of receiving’s from Embassies against the Payments made.
Monthly bank reconciliation and reporting to the executives.
Managing all Embassies visa cash / cheque refunds and processing the same refunds in favor of applicants.
Reporting executives about all the above mentioned responsibilities through mails.
Maintaining the records of all the above responsibilities for audit purposes.
Handling payments made to the vendors.
Maintaining daily office expenses.
Maintaining the Database on weekly basis on ORACLE.
