In my role as a Project Engineer at Avineon India Pvt Limited, I lead independent project executions, interfacing daily
with prominent clients such as NOV and China Petroleum Engineering Construction Company in the oil and gas
construction sector, predominantly focusing on projects from the Middle East. My primary responsibility revolves
around ensuring the overall efficiency of projects, and I'm proud to note that the projects I've executed consistently
achieved an impressive efficiency rate exceeding 85%.
Engaging in daily coordination, decision-making, and resource management, I navigate the complexities of overseeing
the entire project lifecycle. From participating in ITT development and bid evaluations to orchestrating seamless
transitions between project stages, sites, and stakeholders, I contribute significantly to the successful execution of
each project. My role extends to stewarding contractor performance, aligning key stakeholders, and engaging internal
discipline experts to address project challenges proactively.
In my role as a Project Engineer at Petrocon Engineers and Consultants, I independently led projects with a focus on
Indian clients such as IOCL, BPCL, and HPCL in the oil and gas construction sector. My primary responsibilities
involved maintaining project efficiency, consistently achieving over 80% efficiency. I actively participated in ITT development, bid evaluations, and daily coordination, ensuring seamless transitions between project stages and
sites. My proficiency in communicating technical complexities, coupled with strong leadership skills, contributed to
project success. This experience aligns with Owner/Operator Company preferences, reflecting my commitment to
delivering outstanding results and ensuring organizational success.
As a Piping Design Engineer at Petrocon Engineers & Consultants, I led a team of 10 designers, overseeing the study
of process requirements and coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams. Simultaneously, I administered and
supervised detailed design and engineering specifications for static and rotating equipment. My role extended to
resource planning, project execution schedules, and coordination of internal and external engineering deliverables.
Additionally, I played a pivotal role in technical interface coordination, ensuring effective communication. Leading
project status reporting, change orders, and conducting regular client meetings, I ensured project transparency and
adaptability.
