Major Responsibilities Include:
• To coordinate with other departments for maintenance & Production issues & compliance related matters.
• To manage spare requirements for preventive maintenance as well as conditional.
• To believe in congenial environment so develop such for subordinates as good team player.
• Provide technical supervision as electrical in charge in direct or all related
concern especially for Mechanical & utilities. In due course, for preventive maintenance project
management base works as Condition monitoring, Comprehensive and composite works to
rectify faults and bring up to fifty percent immunity.
• For mechanical works I am capable to manage & can provide technical supports for mechanical maintenance & mechanical
• As well as for process I am capable to oversee Utilities & other plants such NAOH recovery & Effluent Treatment.
• Supervision of electrical department.
• To coordinate with other departments regarding all issues related to maintenance, production and compliance.
• To provide technical support in issues related to utilities
• To provide training to subordinates and trainee engineers.
As an Electrical supervisor I am focusing the Electrical & Electronics department and correspondence with the Erectors and to look after the Electrical Erection and Commissioning work. Ensure smooth and safe operation of the plant to achieve high operating efficiencies by implementing all engineering and safety standards.
I have planning the preventive and protective maintenance activities of the plant machineries in Oracle. Responsibility for machine commissioning and final tests, and prepared machine test reports
