Collaborated as a business analyst, in the ideation, business case buildup, system development and implementation of an in-house broker driven B2B and B2C travel and auto insurance sales and marketing solution. Designed the application integration framework as a technical lead saving c.100k USD of proprietary middle-ware cost.

Qualification and pre-production testing showed a 31% gain in overall application performance. Led the planning, execution, control and closure phases of the project.
Prototyped Virtual Private Database (VPD) to integrate various companies acquired by CMA CGM as part of its expansion plan. Saved hundreds of man hours of development, unit and qualification testing by minimizing the code change footprint. Designed VPD for each of the acquired company by creating policy functions that generated dynamic predicates.
Introduced the industry standard PLSQL logging framework into the software exception handling practices. Standardized the application event logging process enabling the developers to handle and debug error exceptions in a structured manner.

Documented and presented the AS-IS model to the steering committee composed of C-Suit executives and function heads helping business have a ground-up view of the organizational processes, find areas for improvements and rationalize operating cost. Coordinated the inter-department process improvement discussions to structure the TO-BE model. Year-end KPI reports highlighted the improving loss ratios and customer retention, attributing these achievements in part to the BPR project.
