Nature of work.
a) material inspection from the suppliers for circut breaker assembly and load centre as per the drawing from the design.
b) all kinds of manufacturing processses of the breaker box such as punching bending welding clinching and powder coating.
c) inspect the quality assurance of the bteaker assembly through HV test and connectivity test.
d) Preparing inspection report of the sample components and production lot items.
e) preparing quality assessment records during shop floor manufacturing processess.
Ensure the qiality of the materials during final delivery with quality stickers.
