• To review/issue daily schedules and verify work orders received in Maximo from different areas and checking their scheduling view of priority and resource availability.
• Coordination with Engineering, Technical Services and the Operations department in planning and execution of maintenance works but not limited to minor/major overhauls, modification works of plants/equipment, pipelines and other installations in the assigned areas.
• To generate, issue and follow up of Preventive Maintenance Plans (Monthly, Six Monthly and Yearly) consisting of approximately 300 work orders per month for plant maintenance, and issuance of their respective PM Reports.
• Follow up and monitoring of preventive and planned maintenance/modification schedules to avoid any plant/ equipment outage and keep the plant running in a safe manner.
• Planning, preparation of work packages, time schedules, and monitoring of shutdown jobs and assist maintenance team in emergency shutdown for availability of material, spares.
• Preparation of cost estimation/back charge reports including manpower/spares/ equipment costs for modification and major shutdown jobs including repairing of exchangers, mechanical seals damages of pumps.
