• Managing Projects based on legal HSE requirements (UAE Federal Laws, Ministerial Orders, OSHAD-SF), ADNOC CoPs, Best International HSE practices and Contract documents
EPC Projects:-
• Design & Construction of District Cooling plant (DCP) - capacity of 17, 000 tons, out of which 10, 000 tons through Water Cooled Chillers (@2, 500 tons each - 4 duty / 1 standby), future space provision for 5, 000 tons (@2, 500 tons x 2 nos.) and 2, 000 tons through thermal storage tank
• Infrastructure & Utilities i.e. SNG Plant (Synthetic Natural Gas) and piping network; Electrical services and 33kv substation; Water utility tanks with Chlorination and Pumping stations; Portable Water, Strom and sewer water networks; Telecommunication, CCTV & Fire Alarm system; Irrigation system; Storm water Evaporation Ponds; Sewerage Lifting / Pumping stations (SLS/SPS); Road works, Walkways, Soft and Hard Landscape works
• Development of Beach - breakwater, semi submerged floating jetties, recreation & utilities buildings, soft & hard landscaping works
Managing Piping / steel structure projects onshore / offshore oil and gas fields
