* Prepared Architectural, Structural shop drawings, General Arrangement detail drawings as per
project requirement for Consultant approval and co-ordination with consultant modification of
drawings in all Discipline.
* Preparation of Town planning and Urban planning schemes for Government Authority or
Municipality to manage & manipulate definite development.
Visiting site to take actual plot measurements and for technical guidance and co-ordinate with the
team.
* Worked in technical department and reviewing the contract drawing before execution of work and
checking the discrepancies in drawings for prepare shop drawings.
* Preparation as-built drawings according to actual site measurements and Site visiting for technical
guidance and co-ordinate with the team.
* Modifying Auto cad drawings received from Organization/Clients
* Perspective sketches, Large scale plans, sections and elevations of all major spaces Site plans
including all utilities, Elevations and wall sections specifying materials, dimensions and the method
of exterior wall assembly.
* Duties and Responsibilities as

* 7.6 Years’ Experience as Auto CAD drafting technician as Structural and Architectural draftsman.
* Hand on experience in 2-D and 3-D drawings of Buildings, Bridges, Roads, Culverts, Reservoir, Pump
Station, Chlorination Building,
(Under The Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Work)
* Responsible in preparing and revising drawing and graphic presentation for design and detail
engineering.
* Responsible in preparing of documents and submittals of drawing status, approved drawings, list of
drawings and transmittal document for all drawings.
* Preparing shop drawings and editing revised drawings (Structural, and Architectural) based on the
approval and specifications of the designer and the engineers.
* Site coordination with the project team to ensure the flow of construction activities as per given
approved drawing and plan.
* Coordinate with the project design team and members of the project team for the availability of
approved drawing at site, their status and approval.
* Responsible in preparing As-Built drawings.
* Able to create variety of drawing of various sizes in different print media
