Monitoring Site work progress and enhancing the team for continuous improvement.
Develop process and flow chart for new requirements.
Assigning job activity to the team, depending on resource allocation and manpower planning.
Preparing daily and weekly reports for the project progress.
Provide remote support to engineers and technicians on site.
Carry out corrective actions remotely and on site.
Managing a team of technicians whom carry out the responsibilities required for FTTH & FTTB network.
Coordinate with different departments and sections within the organization to solve out any pending issues or any problem that could delay delivering services to customers.
Contactors coordination and Team management for network rollout.
Documentation of necessary information for all Mobily Site Visit.
Working and coordinating with other team for complete of handover from Projects Team to Operation and Maintenance.
Perform other duties assigned
Technical support to the field Technician for troubleshooting.
Be involved in any site issue
Then update Database with site changes, Following the database responsibilities,
Management of the entire inventory related to FTTH by using IMS software.
Pop Side Patching administer management and troubleshooting related to FTTH and also keep the record of all cabling between OLT to FPP, FPP to ODF and ODF to Feeder ODF in IMS.
FDT Splitters administer management and troubleshooting related to FTTH and uploads the entire update data load in IMS.
Hand hole administer management and troubleshooting related to FTTH and uploads the entire update data load in IMS.
ODB administer management and troubleshooting related to FTTH and uploads the entire update data load in IMS.
Keeps all the cabling records the FTTH projects.
Load the new site data in database.
Data Entry and retrieving Data for GIS
Worked on zong Fiber Optics Network for Long Distance Junction and Access Networks.
Using Network Engineering Tool (NE Tool) for supporting the field staff for troubleshooting fiber optics issues.
Conducting Preliminary Acceptance Test for Fiber Optic Cable. Helping field Engineers and technicians
The FTTx issues. For new implementations of DWDM nodes analyzing the OTDR Traces, Section Loss Measurements and PMD Calculations
Creating the Outage Reports.
