• Preparing and presenting monthly, Quarterly & Annual Actual, Budgeted and Forecasted Financial statements to CFO
• Preparing monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial statements for Investment and Development office, Government of Ras Al Khaimah
• Financial planning and projection of future revenues, expenses and projected cash flows.
• Project profitability analysis, concessionaire, Ground Handling and Cargo outsource analysis.
• Handling sub-contractors from the Government, i.e. Deloitte, KPMG
• Monthly and Quarterly actual, budgeted and forecasted variance analysis with commentary.
• Responsible for Monthly Statistical reports on business performance and distributing to internal and external departments & organizations.
• Revenue and Cost assurance, IFRS & GAAP compliance, revenue and cost analysis

• Preparing and presenting the Annual Budget,
• Maintaining the firm's liquidity and mitigating its operational, financial and reputational risk.
• Monthly review of Fixed Asset Register, Prepayments, Advances, Accruals, Payroll etc.
• Reporting Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial statements.
• Assisting in preparing Monthly consolidated Financial Statements (CFS) & MIS reports for a group of 3 Hospitals & 15 clinics having annual turnover of AED 400 Million.
• Presenting financial data to Group CFO & branch managers on CFS & branch wise MIS with variance analysis in comparison with monthly / annual historical data. Inputs to management for business improvement.
• Established accounting guidelines for joint venture started by company & designed new formats for MIS reporting.
• Vendor scrutiny, PO analysis, Revenue analysis & cost comparison for increasing profit.
• Daily & weekly income report sent to Branch managers.
• Maintaining Fixed Asset register along with calculation & recording of monthly depreciation, Calculation of monthly amortization of prepayments.
• Computation of doctor’s commission & payments with gross margin report highlighting MOM performance.
• Recording stock transfer from main stores, inter departmental transfer & stock count
• Accounts payable & receivable management
• Managing the activity balances of branches, franchisees and payout location
• Daily reconciliation of activity balances of branches, franchisees and payout location,
• Reconciliation for foreign currency banks accounts and settlement of daily receivable/payable.
• Assisting the frond desk manager in business operation.
• Preparing the daily, weekly and monthly state bank remittance report.
