Dr Imran Arab (MBBS, MPH) has over 6 years experience in Community Medicine and Public Health and emergency situations. He has experience in Primary Health Care, Emergency health programs implementation and Enhancement of health systems, Reconstruction health facilities. He has worked in different disasters and implemented and lead different health programs in all over the country. He has made plan of action in dealing emergencies and conducted trainings and was also part of those. He has managed different curative services for the community as well as the different types of community trainings for capacity building of staff and the volunteers in the community. He has done monitoring and evaluation of health programs in all over the country.

Management & Implementation of strategies envisaged in all vertical programs in the district
Management and operationalization of Mobile health teams and other health facilities in the district.
Prepare and present health reports to donors, district and Govt.
Provide technical support to health related programs, specifically on project design and reporting.
Assist in preparation of POP and project proposals
Develop and implement a plan on community mobilization
Design, arrange and supervise training for HCP & ensure its demonstration in the field
Ensure medicines and supplies are available at health facilities throughout the year
Ensure recommended health Protocols are displayed and implemented
Represent SC with the donors, program/GOP liaison meetings
Hold a regular meeting with DHMT and DHT and facility based committees
Develop a monitoring and supervision plan in coordination with EDO and other DHT members
Prepare a monthly report on the basis of HMIS reports covering all important indicators
Arranging Mobile outreach activities in remote area of the district
Ensure implementation of CNP in the district according to work plan
Provision of Conducive working and living environment to all employees
Strengthen referral system by making available well equip ambulance services in all Hubs 24/7
Supervision of the Health projects in different Districts of the Sindh.
Provision of curative and preventive health services to the flood affected communities in Sindh.
Implementing CMAM activities in nutrition program in different districts in Sindh.
Training on CMAM for capacity building of project staff and MoH staff respectively.
Coordination with different stakeholders including community, MoH and other NGOs.
Designing and development of Information, SOPs and plan of action of emergency health services.
Provision of Nutrition services and Implementation in the catering areas.
Managing Primary health care programs including MNCH, Reproduction, Nutrition, Emergency dealing, Environmental health, First Aid, HIV & AIDS, Blood Donor centre, Expanded program of immunization, Water and sanitation in emergencies, Control of communicable diseases, Psychosocial support.
Reporting and Analysis of the health activities.
Monitoring and evaluation of health programs running under the umbrella of PRCS at Larkana Hub.
Provide technical support to health and WASH related programs, specifically on project design and reporting.
Carry out assessments of health status and programs (using internal & external data sources) for utilization in program and project development.
Review all program and project documents to ensure the principles of the Red Cross Code of Conduct, Sphere standards and strategies and policies are met.
Assist in preparation of annual operating plans of the activities in consideration of results of needs assessments and other information.
Supervision of the Emergency Health project all over the country in different Districts of the Pakistan.
Provision of curative and preventive health services to the flood affected communities in KPK, Punjab and sindh and Balochistan provinces.
