Responsibilities
• Worked on projects of various types - RO water treatment plants, STPs, WTPs, Demin Plants in municipal infrastructure, private development, industrial and oil & gas sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive review of clients project documents including technical & contractual
specifications and ensure compliance of all deliverables.
• Implemented and enforced site safety protocols to reduce workplace accidents by 30%.
• Developed and delivered safety training programs for all site employees, resulting in a 20% increase in safety knowledge and awareness, verified through increase in HSE Observations reporting.
• Led investigations into workplace incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Participate in technical discussions with other disciplines, clients & consultants and record all comments & clarifications needed for successful fulfillment of project HSSE requirements.
• Support site engineers in Meeting organizational QHSE Objectives by providing timely HSSE advice & support.
• Participate in risk assessments & HAZOP studies to identify and mitigate project risks and hazards across the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for implementing and controlling the companys Integrated Management System (IMS) and Documentations. Taking lead in the implementation of QHSE policies, procedures and standards.
• Responsible for monitoring and efective implementation of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 45001 Standard requirements and other applicable standards on project sites. Ensures that the necessary HSE resources are planned and are made available at project sites.
• Performing periodically HSE Inspections and Safety Tours of the project sites to assess the efectiveness of the Project Specific HSE Plan and Companys HSE Policy.
• Support pre‐commissioning & commissioning teams in developing HSE deliverables such as O&M manuals and Lock‐Out‐Tag‐Out (LOTO) procedures.

Currently working on MASAAR DEVELOPMENT - Design & Build of STP (4500 m3/day)
• As Assigned as a Site HSE Manager for the project, Responsible for all the HSSE aspects and regulatory compliance for plant from civil construction, MEP installations, pre‐commissioning to commissioning stages till handover to the end user. The scope for this project is: Build a new STP comprised of all Civil and MEICA works for 4500 m3/day. Connections (tie‐ins) from the existing Influent Network, constructed by another contractor.
• Responsible for the implementation of deliverables in the HSE Plan.
• Lead Quarterly HSSE Management Walkdowns and arrange resources for the implementation of the HSE plan.
• Also responsible for ensuring that all HSSE procedures and other HSSE related documents are being properly implemented, and HSSE performance is achieved.
Currently working on SWRO Project for SEWA (20 MIGD)
• As a Site HSE Manager, responsible for complete HSSE aspects and regulatory compliance for plant from civil construction, MEP installations, pre‐commissioning to commissioning stages till handover.
• Providing timely suggestions to the Project Team in complying with project specifications and local & international HSSE requirements.
• Presently working as a Site HSE Manager on a SWRO Project for Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority (SEWA) and A Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for ARADA Developers.
• Recently completed an RO Project (EPC), Bahri Floating Desalination Plant (Barge), for BAHRI Ship Management Ltd. at Dubai Maritime City, Dubai, UAE.
• Worked offshore, on a UF-RO Project on Zirku Island in the capacity of a Project HSE Lead, from Jan 2014 to March 2017. The Client was ZADCO.
• Previously worked on a project ‘Upgrading of existing STP’ project in Ghuweifat, Western Region as a “HSE Officer” from Sept 2010 to Jan 2013. The Client was ADSSC.
• Also Worked on DM plant project as a Safety Officer in DEWA Power Plant, Dubai. The Client was DEWA.

I worked as a Safety Oficer at Bilfinger Berger AG, in Fujairah on a Wastewater Treatment plant for the city of Fujairah and its environs.
Responsibilities
• Monitoring of site activities, on a daily basis, issuing non‐compliance and submit reports to the HSE Manager, for the construction site at Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), Fujairah.
• Receive, review, and approve lifting plans of subcontractors lifting activities prior to start.
