Sound knowledge about DSLAMS, BRAS, ATM, LEAS LINE, DXX AND
GPON (Metro Ethernet) Network.
Practical experience of system side on Microsoft and Linux (Centos) such as Squid (Proxy) Server, Mail Server, and Database Server.
Patching of E1, E3 and STM1 with remote sites.
Hardware problem & Troubleshooting.
Taking backup of all servers on daily bases.
Configuring Cisco 2600 series routers & 2950 switches for VoIP Setup.
Configuring Snom 300 and ZoIPer (soft) phones.
Configuring Asterisk Server for VoIP, and using H.323 & SIP Protocols.
Configuring and Managing Squid (Proxy) Server, Mail Server Mercury server.
Take regular backups of all data in the server. Maintain a backup log. In case of any backup error.
Administration & Management Database server and Domain Controller.
Managing Live Zilla Server for Web based customer support.
Ensure the availability and proper functionality of all business equipment (printers/scanners/projectors/UPS, etc.) in the office.
