Working in Flexible packaging and Blown Film Department,
A) FLEXIBLE PACKAGING:
1) In coming material check - GSM, Heat Sealing (HS), Coefficient of friction (COF), Thickness, Size, Winding, Packaging.
2) Analysis of Incoming sample as requested.
3) Also worked as an Internal Auditor& Co-ordinator for ISO 22000:2005 & BRC.
4) As we have three stages printing, lamination, slitting & Packaging to be check step by step
• Stage1-Printing: Production Area,
• On line checking of Design, Text, Colours, Size, Mis-registration, Mis-print, Ink washout, Ink Screening, Blade Lines, Itching, Cylinder damage.
• Stage2 - Lamination: Production Area & QA Flexible Laboratory.
• Checking GSM-Gram Square Meter, weight of adhesive according to the Standard, Washout, Tunneling, Bond Strength and Telescoping.
• Stage3 - Slitting: Production Area & QA Flexible Laboratory.
• Checking GSM, HS, BS, Size, and Final Appearance - same as stage1.
• Stage4 - packing: Production Area.
• Finally slitted rolls are wrapping with plastic and pallet is covered with strach film.
• Certificate of Analysis for confirmation of result.
B) BLOWN FILM:
1) Extruder - checking of winding, hubs, frost line & black spots. Specially check Thickness by weight and by micro guage. For shrink film, shrinkage is checked.
2) Bag maker - check length, width, printing, cutting, air leakage.
3) Printing and gusseter - mis-print, colours, text, gusset, embossing & embossing gap.
