Being a part of leading FMCG distribution agency in UAE, I am working as Warehouse Supervisor From July 2006 To Oct 2012. The organization operates in Perfumes and Toiletries division.
Areas of Responsibilities include:
Maintaining proper stocks throughout the year in all of our warehouses and submitting stock reports monthly with proper reconciliations.
Proper maintenance of the warehouses with proper allocation of inventory
Effective utilization of tracking tools in order to control misuse of vehicles.
Monitoring vehicle utilization to bring better output with cost efficiencies within the system.
Develop optimal route plans and improvement in productivity of delivery trucks.
Budget control on Freight and overall expenses
Controlling and monitoring deliveries of products throughout the entire U.A.E.
Cross-checking rates and discounts in all of sales invoices.
Correspondence with suppliers regarding deliveries.
Regular visits to our branch offices and warehouses to ensure that the deliveries &activities are in accordance with the plans and targets.
Keeping records of inward & outward, and inventory control of warehouse.
In addition to above Responsibilities Company has assigned many ad hoc tasks like Implementation of New Inventory Software, Purchasing for New warehouses, Visits to market& clients for the proper look after of Promotions and all tasks are completed effectively, efficiently and within the stipulated time.
Achievements:
Got the Best Employee award in 2009 for maintaining proper warehouses with proper management of company resources.
Got Best Performance Recognition from Management for Successfully Implementing the New Inventory Oracle Module in 2010.
