* Strategy Development for Fortune 500 Clients
* Identify best fit suppliers
* Manage RFI, RFP to develop supplier capability matrix
* Short-list and select suppliers based on operational and service capability.
* Analyse and evaluate contractual term
* Cost benefit analysis - Pricing and cost models
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market
• Responsible for the performance and development of the sales executives
• Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
As a process specialist my responsibilities were:
• To make payments as per customer requests, remittance of funds such as salaries
• Identify potential Money Laundering or Fraudulent deals and escalate where necessary.
• Identify complex and urgent transactions and ensure these are processed correctly and immediately.
• Collection of service charges and, write down and write off customer accounts.
• Account opening and maintenance joint and sole account
• Account closing as per customer request on work basket account closing
Note: All above functions were performed as per UAE Banking procedure.
