Deploy, maintain and support independent IT networks/DC and security operations across the campus.
Manage and lead the team for network engineers/System Admins and Technicians in IT Command centre.
Spearheading network performance with behaviour monitoring, FW security logs monitoring & proactively monitoring of capacity of network/security components.
Deployment and support of HA Data Center at Saadiyat Island, NYUAD New Campus.
Deployment and support of Active/Standby Data Center at NYU AD Old campus.
Implement, manage & monitor the MPLS links across national and international branches, these links support Voice/Video and data traffic.
Implement, manage and monitor the perimeter (Internet), security with firewalls, IPS systems.
Design, develop, documentation and implementation of network and security policies and procedures.
Responsible for architectural changes and design enhancements to the existing infrastructure as well as new projects by working closely with project management team.
Involved in configuration and troubleshooting of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPS, Cisco Call Manager and other equipment’s.
Performing day-to-day IT Operations, Sending daily, weekly reports to management, team administration routines like scheduling, task allocation, monitoring & tracking, control and feedback.
Prepare the monthly Oncall and shifts schedule for the team.

Actively involved in giving technical training of the locals (Emiratis) to take up the day to day IT operational challenges.
