● Monitor and maintain ATM network, ATM installation, ATM related software’s i.e. cameras, Electronic journaling, ATM watch etc.
● Monitor and maintain the Mobile banking services, i.e. Mobile Recharge, SMS Push and Pull etc.
● Monitor and maintain the Internet banking services, i.e. Web version and Mobile version.

Well performing operation & support works now my current role in looking after customer complaints and sorting out solutions of complaints pertaining transactions on every finance channel with the help SQL (structured query language) and also search huge data from bank databases.
