I am a personal trainer and my job is to provide clients with a body composition test in order to determine what diet and exercise will suit that individual to help them achieve their exercise aims and objectives. Moreover I help people to either lose body fat percentage, improve posture, improve confidence, improve diet, improve flexibility and also provide clients with relevant training to improrve muscle endurance, strength or size.
I qualified as gym instructor as well as qualified in teaching ciruits and torso training. In May 2011 I qualified as a REP's Level 3 Personal Trainer. I have the ability to teach people in a 1:1, 1:2 and the ability to conduct group classes. In addition I have two years retail experience and have the ability to communicate well with people.
