•Monitor all critical activities and assure proper permit to work (PTW) is in place.
•Rig Safety induction for new employees
•Monitoring and conducting HSE tool box talks.

Responsibilities:
•Following Rules and regulations as per Dubai Municipality Laws
•Legislative Compliance and Monitoring.
•Client interfacing and Networking.
•Overall delivery of appropriate client HSE Policies, Procedures, Processes and Standards.
•Write and develop HSE Plans and Procedures, ensure that HSE Plans are supported for all project activities.
•Coordinate the development and delivery of an HSE Improvement Plan on an annual basis.
•Create and implement an HSE audit plan, conducting HSE audits onshore, to ensure compliance to all required legislation, policies and standards.
•Ensure process are in place and implemented, to manage HSE office issues and all actions are closed out in a timely manner.
•Implement all client Health & Safety initiatives throughout the assets.
•Managing HSE resources, as per the projects requirements.
•Provide a high level HSE support and advice to all Discipline Leads on project specific issues.
•Establish and maintain a strong interface between Technical Safety and Occupational Safety, throughout the projects.

•Inspects work areas, machinery, equipment, and working conditions for compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
