WORK PROFILE-:
•Installed & commissioned variety of rotating equipments which includes pump air compressor, steam turbine, engine, fin-fans etc.

Mechanical Maintenance (Hot End)
Designation-:
Experienced in installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of variety of rotating equipments used in the oil and gas industry.
•Implemented preventive, shutdown and overhauling maintenance programs for rotating equipments such as Steam Turbines, Air Compressors and Gas Compressors, Pumps, Blowers, Gas Engines, gear boxes, starting air motors and fin-fans in accordance with established schedules and instructions.
•Precise knowledge of all types of alignments.
•Knowledge of permit system.
•Well conversant with MAXIMO system.
•Assembly and disassembly of static and dynamic seals on the basis of mounting arrangement, hydraulic balance and changing of mechanical seal components.
•To observe operation of all equipments during routine activities for abnormalities and report any defects to supervisor.
Knowledge of complete overhauling and troubleshooting of the KV engine.
•Executed daily production plan
•Ensured and promoted the use of safe work practices.
•Employee assignment and review, appraisal, and determined the training needs for team members and trainees, and ensures S-OJT (Structured on job training) programs to them for skills development.
•Team Member in modification Of ‘Standard Operating Procedures’.
•Performed formal and informal investigations into root cause analysis of mechanical failures; documents findings and communicates those findings throughout the organization.
•Carried out process inspection at certain time intervals to ensure quality of Product.
•Carried out trials on new equipments, tools for conformation and approval.
•Ensured maintaining and updating a database of all historical data pertaining to equipments failures and assisted in analyzing failure data and preparing reliability test report.
