Principle duties:
1. Mount and terminate system low Voltage field devices as required.
2. Loads system-level controller software.
3. Performs basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system -level controllers to end devices(sensors, actuators, etc) and completes all required commissioning documentation.
4. Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.
5. Calibrates system requiring basic electronic test equipment.
6. Completes administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on site- documentation.
7. Documents changes and provides information for as-built documentation.
8. Communicates with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
9. Follows all safety standards and attends required safety training. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
10. System commissioning and download programming.
11. Select hardware designs from standard design library for flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of materials, network layouts and electrical schematics.
12. Performs software programming using established standards as a basis of design.
13. Coordinates the creation of necessary drawings and equipments schedule for submittals and installation
14. Selects orders and tracks the delivery of materials for assigned projects. Coordinates factory mountings processes to meet factory and project schedule.
15. Assists in the loading and commissioning of all system and network level controllers as required. Assists in validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoots problem with subcontractor and other trades to ensure proper operation.
16. Gathers field changes from the project team and creates As-built drawings and software. Prepare proper documentation and /or manuals for system operation.
17. Keep management and contractor or customers informed of job progress and issues.
18. Assists in performing site -specific training for owner/operator on the total system.
19. Complete administrative task including but not limited to timesheets, expense reports and on site documentation.
20. Adhere to safety standards. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor

controlling & monitoring HVAC system.Troubleshooting problem related to control system on site.field device maintenance & operation.Holding Aramco Permit Receiver certificate & fire watch.Work on customer issue & provide technical support
