The main responsibilities included:
• Handling of Litigation matters
• Criminal and Civil cases - Organization vs Staff or The Clients
• Recovery Issues - both from the Staff as well as the Clients
• Coordinate with the lawyers and follow the case in the court
• Coordination with the police regarding the registration of FIRs and raids etc.
• Financial Audit of the branches (Internal & External)
That was my own distribution house and I worked there in the capacity of the CEO. The company’s business line was distribution of various multinational products; they were

• Chaudhry Dairies (Haleeb Food)
My responsibilities were as follows:
• To achieve the company’s targets
• Maintain the cash flow
• Increase your coverage on small town areas
• Make the feasibility plans for the company
• Make the feasibility for the vehicles
• Increase the width and depth of the brands
• Ensure the product availability of the brands at the all outlets
In my tenure we achieved the bench mark award from Shell. We achieved the highest retails sales award from Haleeb foods.

I have the experience of handling markets in Sargodha and its suburbs as well as Rawalpindi. During my tenure, I successfully upgraded two regular distributors to BENCHMARK distributors, one in Rawalpindi and other in Sargodha region.
