My work responsibility includes preparation of all drawings of Warehouses, Offices, Cafeteria and Gatehouses in coordination with PM, CM and Consultant, submitting drawings for approval to consultant, preparing RFI and revisions of Trakhees drawings for approval in coordination with consultant.
Architectural:
• Drafting Block work layout, elevation, sections and details
• Drafting False ceiling layout, section and details
• Drafting Tiling Layout, sections and details
• Receiving from supplier GRC, Doors, Windows, Kitchen Cabinet details and waterproofing details checking and submitting to consultant for approval.
• Drafting ASBUILT drawings and submitting to consultant
Structural:
• Drafting Structural Footing layout, Tie Beam layout, Roof Beam Layout, Structural Sections and details.
Infrastructure:
• Drafting Roads layouts revising the existing road as per the consultant requirement with proper levels and slope calculations.
• Drafting road profiles and sections and took approval.
• Drafting Sewerage, Strom water and Etisalat manhole structural details as per the consultant standard details.
• Preparing 3D Views of proposals which were made as per client request in coordination with architects and consultants.
• Preparing Preliminary and Final Architectural Drawings for approval authorities like JAFZA, DIP, DIC, Mirdiff, AL Qouz, Jebel Ali Industrial & RAK.
• Designed, drafted and prepared several 2D presentable proposals using AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw.
• Preparing Architectural shop drawings for False ceiling t, tiling, paving, kitchen cabinet and wall finishes.
• Preparing Structural submission drawings e.g. footing layout, slab joint layout, tie beam layout, typical wall sections etc
• Preparing structural shop drawings and bar bending schedule for IMDAAD project.
• Preparing Posters, Advertisement, Signboard and Prequalification using illustrator and Photoshop.
• Worked on projects like Caparol, Bridgestone, Indoguna, Federal Foods, Nasser Al Sayer, BMA, IMDAAD, RAK Mall, Geant Supermarket, Sharjah Vegetable Market, Warehouses at Uzbekistan, Pearl Insulation and DECOLAB
• Prepared proposals of projects according to different authorities like JAFZA, DIP, DIC, DLC and RAK
• Prepared Architectural 3D rendered views and drawings of proposals and revisions as per the client requirements and approval in coordination with architects and consultants.
• Prepared working Architectural Drawings of projects for submission for submission for approval from CED / DEWA.
• Preparing Architectural shop drawings for False ceiling, tiling, paving, kitchen cabinet and wall finishes.
• Prepared Structural submission drawings e.g. footing layout, slab joint layout, tie beam layout, typical wall sections etc
• Prepared Pre-Qualification and presentations
• Worked on projects like FARM FRESH, LANDMARK GROUP, PANASONIC, DABBAGH, LALS GROUP, UTS CARRIER, SEVEN SEAS, BAY SYSTEM PEARL, HEADLINE METALS, LTC, AL TAYER, ESSAR STEEL, METRA COMPUTERS, GOLDEN SYSTEMS, REGENT STEEL, ROSHAN LABOUR CAMPS, BIN DASMAL AUTO, INDIAN HIGH SCHOOL, RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS AT RAK ISLAND AND SPONSORS’ VILLAS.
• Preparing drawing layouts and detailing of Highways, Structural Bridges / Troughs detailing, Signal and Traffic control drawings.
• Prepared drawings as per the CAD standards of parsons.
• Worked on Project : First Ring Road Extension
• Designing of medicine testing machinery i.e. Laboratory Machineries implementing USP and ISO standards such as media preparator and disintegration tester using Solidworks and Solidedge in 3D.
