•Fulfilling the requirements of Saudi ARAMCO’s (client) SMS and HSE-MS of EXPRO at our LSTK sites and base, ensuring its proper implementation and conformance.
•Training newcomers as per NGGWCOD, SGGWCOD, and RFGWCOD requirements.
•Monitoring rig and rig-less operations for safety aspects and ensuring compliance to Saudi Aramco & EXPRO safety standards.
•Conducting/ participating in Risk Assessments for various critical operations i.e. Acid Frac, Proppant Frac, Coiled Tubing, E-line, Slick Line, Well Testing Operations (ECS & SMS).
•Preparing and updating documentation as per the requirement of Aramco SMS & Expro’s HSE-MS.
•Formulating ERP and conducting regular emergency drills for H2S, fire, gas leak, man-down, medevac and external drills in collaboration with Saudi Aramco emergency support teams.
•Carrying out pre-mob. Safety inspections of well site for any safety concerns & reporting accordingly.
•Participating and assisting Aramco in carrying out safety audits for our sites (ARAMCO-LPD, QA&CRT, & QSI departments).
•Carrying out routine tasks i.e. pre-job safety meetings, toolbox talks, JSA’s, Work Authorization Program (WAP), journey management, safety checklists, planned and spontaneous inspections.
•Keeping track of record of all safety equipment on location i.e. fire extinguisher, SCBA’s, SABA’s, H2S & LEL sensors/ alarms, personal H2S badges & 4 in 1 gas monitors.
•Keeping track of record of certifications for all equipment including safety items/ equipment, facility assets, field equipment, lifting gears and personnel certifications etc.
•Preparing Escape Route Map and Muster Points.
•Scrutiny of 3rd party contractor’s documentation including personnel certifications, equipment certifications and giving them site induction & orientation.
•Preparing KPI’s, end of month safety reports and calculating HSE Statistics
•Ensuring management system has relevant provisions to demonstrate compliance with all applicable regulations, codes of practice etc.
•Ensuring safety of personnel and equipment during the Jobs.
•Ensuring Sub-Contractors are following client’s Health and Safety Policy.
•Ensuring operational safety during operations i.e. working at height, Confined Space, chemicals handling, crane operations, forklift operations, hand tools, power tools usage, cutting, welding & grinding etc.
•Issuing Work permit for the required Task.
•Ensuring that all HSE incidents and near misses are reported in a timely manner, investigated and suitable actions implemented to prevent re-occurrence.
•HSE Induction, Orientation and trainings of the employees, contractors and other persons performing the operations either prior to a job or on the job training.
•Preparing routine/ non-routine reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis like HSE Plans, HSE Review, Supervision Reports, QHSE Checklists, QHSE Statistical Reports and Audit & Inspection Reports etc. as well as their record keeping and documentation.
•Performing QHSE audits, inspections and monitoring activities at regular times.
•Ensuring proper usage & training of employees for and maintaining of First aid boxes, fire extinguishers, eye wash & shower stations, full body harness and vehicles safety etc.
•Conducting drills and dummy exercises for Fire, Chemical & Oil spillage, earthquake etc. and improving emergency evacuations in this regard
-Ensuring the management system has relevant provisions to demonstrate compliance with all applicable regulations, codes of practice, etc.
