PROFILE SNAPSHOT
• Actively monitor project wise day to day HSE concerns and advice HSE staffs where ever
applicable & accordingly report the same to Corporate HSEM.
• Effective tracking/ record keeping/ actions for HSE staff’s client approvals.
• Maintain and updating of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Aspect/Impact, and
Significant Risk/Aspect register for Head Office activities & get approved by Corporate
HSEM.
• Conducts internal audits, formulate reports and NCRs, logging, follow-up for closeout with
concerned employees at site.
• Compilation of Monthly HSE reports from all sites and consolidated reporting to Corporate
HSEM.
• Assist in Preparing & verify HSE scope and applicable records during Pre/Post bidding &
get reviewed by Corporate HSEM.
• Establish Professional way of Interaction with site HSE Team and all concerned on the
performance of the HSE Management System and any need for improvement to ensure
compliance with the organizational objectives.
• Ensure with site HSE Team for adequate level of communication and training on HSE
management requirements and standards to all employees in your assigned area to
improve HSE awareness and HSE performance
Key Result Areas
• Develop and review all procedures as per the operational / project plans, maintain all HSE related statistics, issue
HSE Bulletin.
• Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company and contractor staff.
• Conducting HSE Training, meetings and ‘TOOL BOX’ talks.
• Checking and monitoring the scaffolding tag system.
• Defining company management and need of special emergency, rescue, safety and fire protection/fire fighting
systems and necessary training.
• Support Company Safety, environmental and quality policies and programs, Provides technical and professional
proposals and advice to protect company property and personnel.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly inspection and monitoring all activities and facilities.
