Meet with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
* Demonstrate advanced products knowledge
* Make sales appointments with clients
* Generate new leads by meeting with consumers
* Follow up with clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product
* Find new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales
* Co-ordinate with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies

Contact current and potential clients on daily basis, in order to provide them with
information about the benefit to them of participation in the exhibitions with the aim
of selling the space and sponsorship packages to achieve revenue and profit
targets.
* Analyze the market and identify opportunities for potential exhibitors & sponsors.
* Sales strategy and motivate Sales Team in order to achieve the overall results.
* Identify areas within the exhibition which need to be increased.
* managing performance through metrics, pipeline diagnostics, training and
recruitment
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, keep them coming
back for the next event, using a consultative sales approach and clearly
demonstrating the value of attending the event.
* Prepare sponsorship packages & offer the same to potential clients.
* Effectively communicate with those clients by use of all available media, such as
telephone, email, face to face meetings, and brochure provision etc. using
marketing materials provided by the marketing team.
* Liaise on a very regular basis with the Exhibition Director, operations and the
marketing team to ensure that everyone is informed of activities and requirements.
* Undertake research to identify potential clients in the vertical markets determined
by the Exhibition Director.

* Attend competitive events within each vertical and associated market to keep up to
date with competitor activity, identify potential clients, and network with existing
clients ultimately to support the achievement of revenue targets.
* Follow up with ISG on regular basis and support them with market knowledge,
potential enquiries & leads.
* Organize road shows by inviting potentials clients, associations & government
officials so as to increase responsiveness, create market awareness among
customer and thus increase the sales
* Support the Accounts Manager in chasing payment from clients & liaising with the
accounts team.
* On a monthly basis provide updated and accurate reports to advise the Exhibition
Director of the company’s position in relation to the exhibition to include:
- Financial position v target
- Sales achievement
- Project reports
- Activity reporting (i.e. numbers of calls /visits etc)
* On a rolling monthly basis provide to the Exhibition Director an activity planner for
the next month to demonstrate the use of effective planning to achieve the required
sales results.
* Draw up and issue contracts to customers to confirm participation and to provide
full terms and conditions, following up as necessary to ensure the client signs and
returns the document in the required timeline.
