•Managing multiple turnkey projects for Tulip - PAN India (ASWAN, MP-SWAN, Jubilant Foods Limited (Dominos), CCTNS Rajasthan \[Crime and Criminal Tracking Network & Systems\]).
•Designing Planning, organizing and implementing all aspects of Telecom process/projects.
•Identification of key process involved in LIFE CYCLE OF A PROJECT.
•Ensuring strict compliance on project Management tools like EPM.
•Designing the solution including the technical architecture with SME’s, service level agreements, costing, delivery schedule, etc.
•Execution of planned activities as per project baseline and ensuring that scope and cost should go in line to customer requirement as per RFP.
•Performing customer facing activities such as presentations and negotiation in conjunction with the Account Manager
•Monitoring and establishing strict cost control in all projects.

•Managing turnkey projects for Native Solution - PAN Saudi Arabia (Royal Saudi air forces (RSAF) HSN. this project cover 30 Locations across Saudi Arabia.
•Identification of key process involved in LIFE CYCLE OF A PROJECT.
•Conducting Feasibility Studies and preparing Project Scope Statement.
•Plan, organize and implement all aspects of projects.
•Updating and reviewing process flow charts, standardization of project activities.
•Bringing standardization in Project Documentation and ensuring document version control.
•Consistently meeting timeline and budget constraints for all projects.
•Tracking and communicating project status to upper management through weekly reports.
•Presenting weekly/quarterly progress and status to Senior Management/stakeholders through Power-point presentations.
•Facilitating war room scenarios with internal departments and stakeholders to review goals and manage progress.
