#Prepare and Maintain all QMS documentation and Standard Aerospace Std. AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, IATF 16949:2016 etc.
#Studying Process behavior, Its Control & Continual improvement through statistical Techniques Like SPC
#Inspection Experience with drawing of these part like Defense part, Machine part, Aviation part, Flange, Roller, Pipe checking, Bearing size, Big Fixture, Base plate, Roof channel, Nut, Lagging, Stock, Block, Aluminum Fixture etc.
#Experience Plan, execute, Oversee inspection and testing of products to verify conformance with specifications and deliverables.
#Preparing Lab and Manual for In-house and outsource Calibration.
#Excellent working experience of Instruments like Vernier Caliper (Manual, Dial, Digital), Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, 3-Pin Micrometer, Gauge etc.
#Profile projector, Vision Measuring Machine, Roughness Tester, Radius Gauge, Slip Gauge, Puppy dial, Plating Thickness tester, Lux level Monitoring etc.
#Working experience in Total Productive maintenance (TPM ) .
#Quality Automotive core tool Knowledge and experience APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP.
#Simple drawing prepare as per requirement by AutoCAD-2D and solid work.
#Prepare all maintenance documents as per requirement.
#Prepare all production paper like Work sheet, Production sheet etc.
#Prepare all the training documents and conduct the training as per plan.
#Prepare the Control plan and conduct Internal audit, Process and Product audit.
#Customer complaint Handling along with Root Cause and Why-2 analysis.
#Maintain 5’S at shop floor and implement Poke Yoke, Kaizen etc.
#Good Knowledge about Drawing and GD&T Symbol.
