Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor BMS systems for HVAC, pumps, chilled water and ventilation equipment.
• Perform daily inspections, alarm monitoring and troubleshooting for AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs and exhaust fans.
• Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams for corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Adjust temperature setpoints, schedules and control parameters to ensure energy efficiency.
• Prepare daily reports and document faults, alarms and corrective actions taken.
Achievements:
• Improved HVAC efficiency by optimizing schedules and setpoints.
• Supported commissioning and integration of new AHUs into the BMS.
