Responsible for implementation of all the QA/QC policies before, during and after construction activities / works
Review Drawings & Specifications, Laboratory Test Results, Inspection and test plan, and Method Statements for implementation.
Preparation of Technical work Instructions, ITP’s & Method statements which complies with the Project specifications and relevant standards.
Checking RFI, carry out the inspection of the construction as per the ITP, identify any discrepancies and generate the Non-Conformance Reports.
QC Site Inspections on daily bases all kind of construction work activities as well as Embankment layers, Aggregate Base Course, Asphaltic work, and other Civil Infrastructure, Surface water Network, Foul sewer works, potable water lines, civil works for telecom networks (QNBN & Ooredoo), Micro tunneling works for Surface water & Foul sewer works etc. on daily bases to monitor all site activities accordance with standard specifications.
Closing the NCRs with accepted corrective actions within the stipulated time.
Report any major Quality issues to the Quality Manager and Project Manager as and when it rises.



Preparing and Inspecting the Materials delivered at site and implement all aspect of quality
assurance/control system on all materials, file test results and calibration reports of test equipment’s.
Ensure that the process of work is in accordance with the Approved Method statements and Approved Shop drawings are followed.
Samples of materials for examination or analysis by laboratories; perform tests on soils.
Prepare, update Quality Records & logs for NCR, ITP, Concrete Delivery etc.
Preparing weekly & Monthly QA/QC reports & submitting to the Consultant.
Prepares Inspection Requests and other quality related reports/documents of every activity and monitor accomplishments.
Coordinate with independent laboratories for required on site and laboratory tests as per the project requirements.
Ensure the Quality of Material before it is to be used on the site as per project specifications.
