• Ensuring selection of right vendors for the Requested Materials by Client, & ensure Correct and Timely procurement of required materials.
• Make recommendations for award/ create purchase orders for local suppliers as well as International Suppliers.
• Ensure complete understanding of bid requirements, scope of work, following pre-bid to clarify, make additions, deletions to quotations/proposals. Planning and conduct competitive negotiations.
• Maintain records on purchase price information on both open market and contract purchases. Resolves delivery problems and complaints, vendor disputes.
• Maintain Supplier Data Base and administers vendor performance to evaluate the best suppliers with respect to delivery performance, pricing and quality of material.
• Provide status reports to management on overall sales/ purchase of material .
Supervise and direct daily work to assigned staff.
• Maintaining good relations with our customers and suppliers.
• Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation.
• Implementing Standard Operating Procedures within the warehouse
