As the Head of Brand at Subway in South Pakistan Territory, I am accountable for propelling the brand's growth and overall success. With relentless focus on achieving outstanding results and dedication to excellence, I spearhead the expansion of Subway and cemented its presence and influence in the market.
In my role, I am responsible for implementation of strategic initiatives to drive sales and profitability for our existing franchisees. I provide ongoing support to franchisees, harnessing operational excellence, team building, stringent controls, targeted marketing and exceptional customer service. Through strategic collaborations with various food and equipment vendors, I ensure that our franchisees have access to top-quality products at competitive rates, upholding Subway's gold-standard quality.
Throughout my tenure, I have achieved remarkable milestones in expanding the Subway brand. My journey with Subway commenced as the Country Director in 2012, where I established the foundation for our brand's success. Since 2016, I have assumed the role of Business Development Partner, leveraging my expertise to further accelerate growth and enhance profitability. With a proven track record of delivering impactful results, I consistently push boundaries and lead Subway's expansion in my territory.
