This role concentrates on the design of infrastructures including servers, storage, workstations, middleware, non-application software, networks, and the physical facilities that support the applications and business processes required by the client. Included in the focus areas is the critical evaluation and selection of the software and hardware components of the infrastructure. Responsibilities.
• Understanding detailed technical requirements based on the business needs of clients. Propose and deliver solutions as per the business requirement to implement a highly scalable, automated, and available cloud platform, aligned with the future state cloud-first strategy and architecture.
• Responsible for Design, Deploy & Manage the Cloud infrastructure which includes Networks, Compute -Windows and Linux servers, application servers, database servers, file and print servers, backup services, hosted email and gateways, DNS, DHCP and Active Directory.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure technology stack.
• Design and plan enterprise-scale Azure environments including application dependencies, data storage, network connectivity and overall cloud hosting.
• Ensure that all cloud solutions follow internally defined security and compliance controls as per Azure WAF.
• End to End Cloud Migration, Datacenter migration & Datacenter Transformation.
• Working on Multiload Environment migration.
• Technically responsible for Windows &VMware solutions Fair understanding of Cloud Technologies and Technically Involved in TSD, High Level Design (HLD)and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for GTS Projects.
• Plan and implement a infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives and goals.
• Overall Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high performance infrastructure.
• Providing consultation on IMS area - Datacenter Transformation & Datacenter Migration services.
• Lead in the implementation and handover to Operational Support of infrastructure solutions.
• Design and implement advanced functions of Entra ID and Active Directory administration, Identity and Access Management, RBAC including security, governance, and compliance.
• Experience of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code tools and concepts & Managing components like compute, storage, and networking resources using IAC code solution like Terraform.
• Working with Application Architects and vendors to build new or enhance existing solutions.
• Participating in platform ofering through a combination of innovative technologies & practices, scoping, implementation and documentation of processes and policies.
• Provide technical representation and leadership in pre-sales meetings and kick of calls with Business owners & End customers.
• Participate in project kick-of meetings with end-customers, as appropriate, to ensure a smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery.
• Implement CI/CD based application development methodology using tools like DevOps / TFS / PowerShell
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools such as GitHub, Gitlab.
• Leading the Azure Guild & Develop capabilities on the Microsoft Cloud Platform (Security, Firewalls, Redis Cache, Key Vault, Service Bus, ASR, Networking, OMS, Blob Storage, Resource Groups, NSG, SQL Server, SQL DB, Load-Balancers, App Services).
