My work responsibility in this organization is as follows:
• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and short listing vendors for purchase.
• Raise purchase requisition for Administration department.
• Follow up on the delivery and bills processing for payments.
• Placing order thru SAP system for Warranty and Non Warranty spare parts (consumed by customers) to maintain the Inventory level.
• Coordinating with Freight Forwarder, Customs Clearing agent for clearing of IMPORT shipments called from parent company HAAS Automation Inc., USA.
• Preparing Stock verification report & submit to management.
• Monitoring daily GRN made in the system and clearing the pending spares orders.
• Helping Service Engineers to find out the correct part number thru Machine’s Bill of Material uploaded on SAP Portal.
• Responding to the Customer’s queries related to spare parts with the help of Service Manager.
• Submitting the net profit report to the Company CFO towards the spares sold to the customers in India.
• Dispatches to customers located at all over India with Invoices & MIS reports.
• Monthly planning and demand forecasting as per plan.
• Sending Quotations for CNC machines & Spare parts to the customers from all over India.
• Maintaining Customer Database.
• Sending Machine AMC Quotations to the customers from all over India.
• Monitor the house keeping activities.
• Furnishing periodic reports and information to management etc.
Follow up with customers on outstanding payment against the spare parts supplied.
