Working as “GP Manager - LD&T”, and partnering with business in designing, executing and implementing the procurement strategy for fleet, global logistics and warehousing.
Key KPIs are:
 Developing a sourcing strategy aligned with business needs, building preferred supplier base, contracts, spend analysis and enabling leverage of PepsiCo scale and knowledge.
 Understanding the key cost drivers, industry trends and best practices to shape the sourcing strategies.
 Improving the overall visibility of productivity pipeline and the way Procurement impacts overall budget set up, supplier selection and commercial negotiations
 Partnering and engaging the LD&T stakeholders and Global COE in building productivity pipeline to deliver 7% YOY productivity
 Leading the supplier performance and contract compliance - providing regular financial, service and quality forecasts to Transport & Warehousing and relevant business leaders
 Working closely with all stakeholders (in BU & Sector) and DC’s / warehouses to ensure deep understanding of functional needs and ensure maximum business value is generated by GP
 Leading the execution of required governance and process changes to ensure compliance to relevant policies.

Worked as “GP Manager - Indirect” and led the indirect procurement, spend worth $ 45 MM with chain of 400 - 450 suppliers. Key KPIs were to
 Responsible for cost effective procurement of capital goods, service contracts, supplies, and all other indirect materials. Lead and support in RFI/RFP/RFQ for all departments.
 Consolidated, analyzed and reported on indirect procurement metrics/scorecard for business reviews
 Conducted detailed spend analysis and bench-marking, market evaluation and use as a basis to create data-based Category strategies and sourcing activities
 Partnered with other markets and led the different procurement initiatives and projects such as Automation, localization and lift & shift ideas.
 Worked as a Business Partner for 02 key business units to identified, prioritized and implemented innovation & renovation projects to deliver cost reduction of 7% of total annual spend YOY basis.
 Provided leadership support for the team to ensure flawless execution in P2P process.
