My major responsibilities include:
• Establishing Standard Operating Procedures of MEP Projects.
• Monitoring and evaluating the quality of planning, design and construction activities accomplished by vendors, designers, and contractors.
• Monitoring construction / implementation for conformity with approved design, including detailed scheduling and coordination.
• Managing and verifying the MEP designs, New projects, up gradation and O & M activities of different electro-mechanical equipments at different projects.
• Providing direction and supervised MEP staff.
• Reviewing preliminary project concepts and schematics (drawing, specifications and calculation).
• Ensuring requirements and performing in job related activities.
• Participating in audits and workplace inspections.
• Coordinate and manage with other consultants, Architects, vendors, contractors, project execution teams, etc.
• Currently I am looking after many projects where the major MEP projects are;
1) Lucky One Karachi,
2) City Bank at Dolmen Mall Karachi,
3) PC Karachi Air conditioning Audit,
4) Jama mall Karachi and
5) Sheraton hotel Islamabad.
My major responsibilities include:
• Managing and verifying the New Installations, up gradation, O & M activities of Power (LT & HT), Gensets, Elevators, UPSs and other different electro-mechanical equipments of HBL buildings and branches countrywide.
• Developing equipment specifications, contractual agreements (SLA), and perform project management activities such as preventive maintenance, outage planning and execution.
• Interacts with consultants, vendors, contractors, and other third parties regarding operations and/or special projects.
• Planned and implemented automatic web based energy conservation projects (BMS).
• Provide assistance to procurement department for selection of Power equipments country wide ensuring provision of after sales services as per agreements.
• Coordinated and Implemented MISYS Project, successfully installation of power equipments at around 650 HBL branches national wide with coordination of IT and other related departments on periodic basis.
• Formulating Annual maintenance contracts of Generators, UPSs, Electrical and other outsources services.
• Planning, Coordination and Implementation of ATM projects, successfully done installation of 400+ ATM, and more than 200 in progress where I am looking after entire work of engineering from site survey, civil, power to commissioning / deployment of ATM Machine and achieved 1000 nos. ATM installation target countrywide.
• Successful completion of power and data work of Data Centers for HBL plaza and call center with installation and commissioning of 5 nos. APC Symmetra UPSs at two different locations.
• Formulating and planning for solar power system, now completed 56 nos. and in progress 15 different HBL locations countrywide to energize the ATM, NOC equipments, DVR and essential lights through different vendors. As well as designed to put entire branch IT paraphernalia with lighting on solar hybrid power system on 04 branches.
• Formulating and planning of different energy conservation methods with approved consultants.
• Assist & Supervise Electrical, Air Conditioning and renovation work consecutively 4 nos. floors of HBL Annexe.
• Assist & Supervise complete project of ground plus 5 floors HBL office building at Mai Kolachi road Karachi i.e. Electrical, HVAC and data related jobs.
My major responsibilities include:
• Performed Installation, Operation & maintenance activities of power plant and its equipments, Electrical infra structure and fabrication jobs across the Pakistan.
• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of different rating and makes of gensets.
• Managed and performed electrical and mechanical related issues and trouble shooting.
• Worked on design and fabrication of different type of electrical & control infrastructure jobs.
• Interacted with consultants, vendors, contractors and third parties regarding operations, special projects and also provided field input for improving their product performance, pricing, quality and delivery.
• Adhere to and support all safety and environmental rules, policies, and procedures.
• Planning and implementing overall Operations & Maintenance programs for all Clients.

• I have successfully supervised Power, Data & HVACs implementation projects at Faysal Bank Hub Sites Rawalpindi Main, Mall Branch & Main Boulevard Lahore. This project comprises of complete HVAC. Data, UPS & Electrical work along with the deployment of two Gensets with Electrical automated panels.

• Performed trouble shooting of Gensets and power related issues of our valued customers like textiles, paint industries, pharmaceuticals and glass industries also banks.
• Planning and implementing overall Operation & Maintenance program for all Clients.

My job responsibilities included:
• Performed Operation & maintenance of Power plant (including valves, heat exchangers, pumps, & cooling towers) and Air treatment plant (Air Compressor & Drier - ALUP).
• Worked on Gas Engine (2 no) 12V175SG (WARTSILA)
• Worked on Diesel Engine (1 no) UD-25 (WARTSILA).
• Participated in extensive overhauling work performed by WARTSILA PAKISTAN (PVT.) LTD.
