Lead Systems Support Team, STC Bluvalt Cloud, MS Azure, VMware Cloud (Deem), MS Hyper V, MS Exchange, Intune, MECM \ SCCM, Patch management, Endpoint Security and Management, Data Protection, CommVault, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO Deployment, Automation Scripts and Advance OS Deployments.

• Active directory and group policy management.
• Virtual machines management on VMware ESXI host and V-Center.
• Implemented Microsoft SCCM to manage and update up to 3000 devices.
• Monitoring endpoint reports ensuring systems are correctly configured, patched and secure.
