 To Prepare HVAC drawings by using AutoCAD Roof, Riser and floor drawings, chilled water, pipe drawings. Duct drawings with their sectional detail views.
 Reading of all civil drawings to carry out the installation as per approved drawings and specifications.
 Preparing Duct Layout as per site survey and Duct Designing as per Heat Load and standards.
 Reporting progress reports to the Project Manager.
 Prepared materials take-off from drawings and ordered materials from Manufacturers and suppliers.
 Attending daily co-ordination meetings with consultant and other contractors.
 Prepare Compliance Statements.
 Prepare the request for information (RFI).
 Prepare ITP’s (Inspection and test plan), Method Statement and Risk Assessment as per project requirement.
 Making bill of quantities, prepared material submittals and get approval.
 Instruct the team of technicians to carry out the regular maintenance of efficient working conditions.
 Implement corrective and preventive action, in Progress Plan.
 Installation of all HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Fighting equipment’s including AC units, Ducting, Grilles, Chilled water piping, Fan Coil Units, Split AC units, Sanitary Wares, Fire water Line, Fire Hose Reel Cabinet etc.
 Ensuring that the work to be completed with given standards of quality within the given time and in coordination with sub-ordinates and other Engineering Discipline to avoid hindrance at work.
 Performing visual inspection, dimension check and identification of materials during the various step of erection.
 Manpower allocation.
 Testing and Commissioning (Air Balancing, Functional Check of Equipment etc.).
Attend appraisal meetings with the project engineers / managers / consultant in case of delay / change in drawings / work / unavailability of material and suggest suitably.
